Through the years of involvement in the field of Bushland Regeneration our team have developed their skills that enable us to undertake a variety of different bush regeneration projects, and to complete them in a safe and efficient manner.
All work carried out is done so in accordance with the Bushland Regeneration techniques outlined by AABR and taught at TAFE NSW.
BANGALOW Bushland Management has experience in working in a number of different environments:

BANGALOW Bushland Management has also completed bushland regeneration projects in environmentally sensitive areas, such as; ecological endangered communities EEC’s, sites with endangered flora and fauna species, and sites prone to erosion.
.: Revegetation
The revegetation of disturbed habitats such as riverbanks, paddocks, mine sites, machine work sites, and heavily infested weed sites, is an area that BANGALOW Bushland Management has extensive experience in.
We can consult the client on the most suitable plant species for the site, collect the seed, supply the plants, plant, water, and maintain the planted area to ensure a high success rate for the revegetation project.
The planting of locally collected plant stock is always recommended.
.: Bushcare Training
BANGALOW Bushland Management has experience in training Bushcare volunteers, and school groups in the skills and importance of Bush Regeneration, and how to implement these skills in a safe and environmentally sensitive manner.
.: Management Plans
The completion of management plans, flora surveys, and the writing of reports for bushland regeneration projects is another service that BANGALOW bushland management has extensive experience in.
.:Tools and Equipment
BANGALOW bushland management is equipped with high quality tools, equipment, and safety gear that allow for the above services to be completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Camping equipment, 4WD vehicles, and a 3 metre aluminum boat with outboard motor, are also available for working in hard to reach and remote areas.
Mobiles phones and a comprehensive First Aid Kit with Envenomation Pack are available on all work sites.

A safe work environment is fundamental to BANGALOW Bushland Management. All work undertaken by this organisation is within the guidelines of BANGALOW Bushland Managements comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Appropriate safety equipment is supplied by BANGALOW Bushland Management and is used by all employees on all worksites.
Bangalow Bushland Management is committed to minimising any damage to the environment on all of the sites that Bangalow Bushland Management are involved with.
The use of herbicide is always kept to a minimum. Chemicals are always used in a safest possible manner (to the person and the environment).
All work undertaken by BANGALOW Bushland Management is assured to be of the highest of quality and carried out in accordance with standard TAFE NSW Bush regeneration techniques. All employees are honest, reliable, professional and friendly.

Bangalow Bushland Management ensures that all of the work that we undertake is carried out in a way that provides the highest quality of work for the client and the environment.
Bangalow Bushland Management always provides a high quality of work by:
- Ensuring that all supervisors and team members are suitably qualified (minimum of Certificate 2 in Bushland Regeneration or Conservation & Land Management) and experienced so that the highest quality of work is carried out on every site.
- Ensuring all employees are committed to the objectives and outcomes of Bushland Regeneration and restoring the environment.
- Ensuring that all team members are familiar with objectives and outcomes of the project they are working on.
- Ensuring that the site supervisor and project manager oversee the project regularly to make sure the objectives, key milestones and outcomes are being met.
- The project manager keeps regular contact with the client to ensure that project is being carried out to the clients satisfaction.
- Encouraging employees to gain further knowledge and training, such as increasing knowledge in the recognition and identification of plant species and vegetation communities.
